Build a Story

Our "Build a Story" Program is oriented for children 5 to 8 years old. Motivating read-alouds provide framework for this introduction to manual woodworking tools. As example, for one of the classes we'll be reading Faster, Faster Little Red Train, and then we'll be building our own little train engines using hand saw, hand drill, hammer, sanding block.

Details & Pricing

Workshops will be scheduled once a month approximately on Saturday. We typically begin at 9 AM. Each session is approximately 2.5 hours long.

We can accommodate up to 6 participants.

Price: $45 per child
Includes materials, dedicated use of our studio space, instruction.
